Customer Update Center: After every showing, I will contact the showing agent for feedback. This information can be helpful to determine why a home has not sold and then make recommendations. I will call with any feedback. And also it will be posted on your homes webpage. After listing your property, you will have a username and password to gain access to your homes webpage update.

I will send you copies of all ads, data sheets and other promotional items used for your home.

Before you list your home, I conduct an in depth evaluation of homes similar to yours that have sold in your area recently. I then take this information in order to help you competitively price your home. Pricing your home at the right price from the start is the best way to bring the best return on your investment.

Multiple Listing Service: I am a member of the Firelands Association of Realtors area multiple listing service. This service provides agents from other firms to show and sell my listings. It is also available to the public to look up properties for sale. A MLS listing generally includes all the important information on a home such as square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, special features and the listing price. MLS is the first place to look for a home, making this one of the most visible and valuable mediums for selling a home.
